	This peaceful and beatiful home with ocean views is located on “Gringo Hill” in the quaint fishing village of Sayulita. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk. The house has two-levels (1400 square feet) and is an ideal rental for 2 to 4 guests. The house was completed in 2000, with various improvements and new furnishings done in 2003.
It has two bedrooms, two full baths and a 200 square foot palapa with two beds in each room that can be put together for king size beds. The palapa has views in three directions, including the ocean, creating a dramatic “tree house” effect. The full size kitchen is on the first level and has all the necessary appliances including a microwave. There is a bar area with a couple of bar stools.
	The Living room and Dining Area Living room and dining area includes: Ceiling fan, ocean view, inside dining table and seating for six, couch and chair with coffee table and lamp, stereo, deck access to outside with table and chairs.
First Floor Bedroom First floor bedroom includes: King bed/two twins beds, ceiling fan, ocean view, lots of closet space, nightstand with lamp, credenza.
	Second Floor Bedroom Second floor bedroom includes: King bed/two twin beds, dome with windows in the top, ocean view, lots of closet space, credenza and lamp.
Palapa Palapa includes: King bed/two twin beds/ two couches, nightstand with lamp, coffee table and chairs.

Location: On hill just east of town square. Just a five minute walk to town and another couple blocks to the beach.
