One Acre of Private Gardens This unique estate consists of the spacious Casa Caracol comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults or children and the intimate Casa Caracolita for 2. The fully equipped, comfortably furnished, private houses may be reserved individually or jointly. The pool ‘to-die-for’ with palapa-covered gazebo perched on the mountain top and the tropical gardens woven with walking paths are just a few of the wonderful amenities awaiting your arrival. Beautiful Gardens and Great Views Caracol’s gardener maintains the largest private garden in Sayulita. A stroll though the many paths and natural rock staircases offers a wide array of plant, bird, and insect viewing. All paths eventually lead to the pool and palapa-topped gazebo perched at the "point" of the estate. From this private spot, guests are able to view surfers performing at the popular surf break. In addition, guests can view 10-15 miles in either direction, including the spectacular Pacific Ocean crashing against the cliffs of San Francisco (San Pancho) to the north. You even have access to wireless internet in and near the Casa Caracol. Special Accommodations for Young Children The main house, Caracol, offers a completely gated grassy yard and a tree swing. The shops in the plaza (only 5 minutes away) sell essentials such as milk, formula, diapers and sunscreen, etc. It is truly a paradise for the entire family.

Its unique design reflects the proportions of the nautilus shell allowing 360-degree views of the village, ocean and jungle while at the same time offering guests the utmost amount of privacy. Morning rays of sun, midday siestas, afternoon breezes, and even night-time events in the village plaza were all been taken into account during the construction phase. The estate is walled along the street front and has separate auto and walking entrances to ensure our guests' peace of mind even in unfamiliar surroundings. The huge master suite in the main house is on the second level. Up here, you will find a king-sized bed for a long comfortable sleep, and a private balcony with terrific views of the ocean (south beach), jungles and a gorgeous sunset. Downstairs, the chef in your group will be delighted with the updated, gourmet kitchen that offers everything necessary to prepare a feast, including dishwasher and double oven. (No chef in the group? Simply hire one of the local village women to prepare local traditional meals.) A large outdoor built-in BBQ area (briquettes) should also be utilized during your stay. The formal dining room opens up to a grand living room with high ceilings, fans, and incredibly comfortable furniture, with a full bath adjacent. 	Casa Caracolita Built in a striking resemblance to Casa Caracol, Caracolita is the perfect accommodation for additional members of your vacation party or as a separate rental all on its own. This self-contained casita has a compact kitchen complete with two-burner gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. It has a full bathroom, queen-size bed and a sofa. The casita has full western views from the traditional Parota wood-sash windows, which are even better from the front patio, which is equipped with a comfortable loveseat for two.
Due to the design and orientation, Caracolita cannot be viewed from the main house. Manicured walks and rock staircases lead to both the separate entrance from the enclosed communal parking area as well as to the gazebo and pool located at the "height" of the estate. The location and design of both houses ensures sought after privacy for everyone vacationing at the estate. Wrought iron fencing defines the private yard areas of the Casa.
