Casa Jacaranda can be rented with the adjoined Casita, just under the terrace, to make a 3 bedroom accomodation.

 CASA JACARANDA is an artistically decorated, ocean view home in South Sayulita surrounded by tropical gardens.  It has two bedrooms and adjoining baths-one up and one down. Both have queen size beds with mosquito nets and fans. The upper master bedroom has air conditioning and a safe. The living area and kitchen are also equipped with fans. In 10 years this house has never felt hot!!  A short 5 minute walk takes you to the village center or the many beaches. Our cobbled driveway has  security parking. It is also quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood. Entertaining or just relaxing is perfect on the large terrace with its stone fountain, in the hammock garden or in the generous living area inside. It is a grand place for star watching or being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Bird watching is a daily pleasure.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, toaster oven, coffee grinder and maker, blender, microwave, basic supplies, and a purified water faucet for drinking water.  There is maid service twice weekly with a change of linens. A gardener/handyman comes in the afternoons for 3 hours.  

Location: On the south side, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the center or town.
