Casa Jacobo sits on a hillside offering panoramic views of the Sayulita village, hillsides and the jungle.  The penthouse, Villa Mango, also offers a partial view of the ocean. There are four separate secure Villas, all modern, clean, fresh, bright, airy and beautifully designed.  All units include fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances and utensils.  Each Villa opens up to a private patio where you can enjoy a cool breeze and fresh air.  You can also close the doors and enjoy the modern Mexican design and, decor with air conditioning if you prefer.
	All villas are equipped with a TV and DVD player for watching movies as well as wireless high speed internet.  Use of a Vonage phone is available for occasional or emergency calls to the US and Canada (contact property manager).
The private and secure tropical gardens that surround Casa Jacobo lead to the refreshing pool and patio with a BBQ grill.  You can help yourself to papayas, bananas and limes when in season.	A short easy 7 minute walk will take you to the town square and just beyond to the beach.  There are many excellent restaurants or markets where you can buy fresh meats, fish, shrimp, produce and desserts to enjoy back in your villa.

Villa Mango is the penthouse with a partial ocean view from a Palapa covered terrace.  There are 2 bedrooms 2 bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen.   

Rates:  Nov – May       - $840.00/week -$120.00/night
Jun – Oct         - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

            
Villa Papaya has a large terrace with sweeping valley, town, jungle and tropical garden views.  There is 1 bedroom, 1 ¼ baths, living room with built in sofa that will sleep 2 adults, dining room and a full kitchen.  There is also a built in sofa on the large terrace that can be used for additional outdoor sleeping.

Jun – Oct         - $560.00/week - $80.00/night

Villa’s Coco & Pina each have a king bed on the lower level and a queen bed in the loft, 1 bathroom, patio or inside dining and 1 bathroom.  There are also built in sofas on the terraces that can also be used for sleeping.  There is a door between the terraces of these two villas that can be left locked for privacy or unlocked to accommodate families or friends traveling together.
