Casa Juanita consists of three private apartments (casitas), each on its own level. You may choose between a charming 1st floor studio with patio and large yardith deck, 2nd floor studio suite with large terrace, OR 3rd floor studio with terrace and large rooftop patio with 360 degree view of Sayulita, jungle, and ocean.

All are newly rennovated and each is furnished with a queen bed (3rd floor room has 2 full size high quality futon beds), bathroom, full kitchen, bar and counter; a living room with built-in daybed/sofa for a possible third person or child (3rd floor unit does not have built-in sofa). All have fully-screened, protected windows and there is a wall around the property. The 1st floor casita is pet-optional for an additional fee. All levels are non-smoking. There is an outdoor shower for hosing off.
 

Location: Casa Juanita is perched at the top of Gringo Hill overlooking the village and coastline of Sayulita. Conveniently located close to the town plaza, Casa Juanita has mesmerizing ocean and mountain views while being only 8 minutes from Sayulita's main beach and popular eateries.
