Villa Mariposa can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or the Casita and the main
Villa can be rented separately, each as a 1 bedroom. When the Casita is
rented alone, it will not have pool access. The Casita is located
just below the pool patio and has its own entrance. Lola provides housekeeping service three mornings per week with a change of linens mid week. Simon maintains Mariposa's gardens, pool, and terraces daily. Because the pool is open to the dining room, sala, and master suite, it is reserved for guests of the upper villa only (if rented separately).
[Due to several patio areas with drop-offs up to 20' and open
access to pool from living areas of villa, we cannot accommodate very
young children. No smoking in the villa or casita please.]

Casita Mariposa is an air-conditioned studio apartment with full kitchenette, shower bath, walk-in closet, queen-size bed, and single sofa bed, with its own private view terrace. The laundry room is easily accessed by guests in the villa and casita.
Location: On a hill overlooking the town and the ocean. Just 7 minutes to the beach and the town center.
