Villa Mariposa can be rented as a 2 bedroom, or the Casita and the main Villa can be rented separately, each as a 1 bedroom. When the Casita is rented alone, it will not have pool access. The Casita is located just below the pool patio and has its own entrance.

Lola provides housekeeping service three mornings per week with a change of linens mid week. Simon maintains Mariposa's gardens, pool, and terraces daily. Because the pool is open to the dining room, sala, and master suite, it is reserved for guests of the upper villa only (if rented separately).

Villa Mariposa features a grand sala with two corner sofa beds, game table and entertainment center, round palapa dining room seating eight, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, elegant king-size air-conditioned bedroom opening to covered view and pool terrace with wet bar.
The master suite's garden shower is also accessed from the powder room. Beautiful original artwork and expansive views of jungle, village, and ocean enhance this hilltop home only a five-to-ten-minute walk to the main beach and village center.

Casita Mariposa is an air-conditioned studio apartment with full kitchenette, shower, small walk-in closet, queen-size bed, and twin-size sofa bed, with its own private view terrace. The laundry room is easily accessed by guests in the villa and casita.No smoking in the villa or casita please.
