The moment you enter the beautiful new Casa Martica you will find it to be a most memorable and unique home, offering everything possible for the perfect Sayulita vacation rental. Designed by the artist and architect Ropi, Casa Martica was completed in May of 2004.
Breath-taking views from every room, expansive outdoor living terrace and dining area, chemical free infinity pool looking directly out over the Pacific Ocean (considered the nicest in Sayulita) make Casa Martica the perfect vacation home for couples or families looking for a great Sayulita experience.
A polished staircase leads to the upstairs air conditioned master bedroom which opens up to its own large terrace with even better sweeping views of the bay and village of Sayulita. The downstairs master bedroom, also air conditioned, opens onto the terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.
The kitchen, with all new appliances, is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The staff consists of a gardener, pool man, and Teresa who will clean the house every day except Sunday and will do personal laundry upon request. Beach chairs and umbrellas and an outdoor shower are also available.

Location: On the residential north end of town, just 2 blocks to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town center.
