Located on the quiet North side of town, up a palm lined cobblestone drive, sits Casa Susana, with an unobstructed view of Sayulita Bay and the surrounding jungle. Casa Susana boasts the perfect location on the hillside, with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view and only a few minutes stroll to the beach through the private jungle walkway. The sound of the birds singing and the waves crashing set a backdrop for the seemingly endless days in paradise.

The house is designed to bring the outdoors inside, with large windows and doors that open to the fresh sea air. A massive tiled terrace wraps around three sides of the house, alive with lush tropical plants and gardens. The dining room and kitchen are very open with plenty of room to entertain. Through the dining room door awaits a covered outdoor living area to escape the sun if you choose. A built in barbecue just outside the kitchen is yours to enjoy as you prepare the catch of the day.

Casa Susana is a two bedroom, three bathroom home. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom faces the ocean with windows and doors that open to a large terrace that circles the house. The upstairs suite can be rented as a separate unit with a private staircase and features a king size bed, a stocked kitchenette, a large two headed shower and a sunken tub overlooking the bay. The large terrace upstairs offers yet another magnificent ocean view.
