House Features: Our penthouse faces toward the ocean and the doors open all along the front to take advantage of the cool ocean breezes and the wonderful view of the ocean and the tops of the palm trees. It occupies the whole top floor of Building 4 of Los Almendros and has its own private rooftop terrace. Sitting on the rooftop terrace under the palapa, cooking on our outdoor BBQ, enjoying dining, sunning, or our private hot tub on the rooftop terrace, the view of the ocean and the jungle from that point is even more spectacular.

On the main level, there are two large master size air conditioned bedrooms, both with large attached bathrooms. Both have king, pillowtop mattresses (one bedroom can be set up as a two twins). A third smaller air conditioned bedroom can be set up as a king or two twin beds.  All rooms have ceiling fans and in the summertime, Cielito Lindo can be totally air conditioned.  A security safe is provided in the bedroom for your valuables.

The living room and dining room can be opened fully to enjoy the ocean breezes. Both are combined under a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling that opens out onto a terrace with a table for outside dining with a banca (large sofa) for afternoon napping or reading. The living room has a large flat screen TV with English language satellite service, a DVD player and an IPOD digital music player.

The kitchen comes totally equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with purified icemaker, and purified water at the kitchen sink. The stove top and oven are gas. Sayulita has plenty of little stores to buy fresh food, meat and fish to cook your own meals or we can recommend a chef to come in and cook a delicious meal for you. Sayulita also has many excellent restaurants from fine dining to streetside taco stands.

Cielito Lindo also has wireless internet, maid service six days a week, a washer and dryer, high quality cotton sheets and towels, extra beach towels (beach towels can also be checked out at the office), beach umbrellas and beach chairs for our guests, underground parking, and an onsite English speaking property manager. In other words, everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation in a magical town.
