	Casa Agua Azul is a furnished contemporary tropical home with Wi-Fi. It sits one and a half blocks from the beach on the north side of town. Beach access is flat and direct - a quick minute stroll. The neighborhood is serene and established, quiet and lushly landscaped. Town is a quick 5-10 minute walk away. Due to the location, a car is not necessary, but there is a garage and off street parking.
Upon entering up a short flight of stairs, one reaches the palapa-covered living and dining areas overlooking the pool, lawn, and garden. There is ample comfy seating in the living area. The dining room sits six with a modern and fully equipped kitchen just above. Overlooking the living room and pool, this functional and gorgeous work area is finished with custom primavera wood cabinets and tiled with tumbled marble.  Just off the kitchen is a laundry room and a service patio.
	On the same level is a powder room and an air-conditioned small bedroom with twin beds that is a perfect sleeping area for children. Next door, there is an elegant full bath and air-conditioned bedroom with king-size mattress, a full wall of closets, ocean view, and sliding doors that open onto a terrace. This second level terrace is partially shaded under a pergola and furnished with two chaise lounge chairs.
On to the top level master suite the large third floor air-conditioned living and sleeping space is open to another terrace with a palm topped ocean view. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two large closets. The colorfully tiled modern master bath has a shower stall with view. Also, there is an air-conditioned spacious sitting room with sleep sofa that could double as an additional bedroom for one person.  There is a palapa covering the back porch off the sitting room with street access from this level. The two hanging swings here provide for an intimate conversation space. The sitting area has a TV and DVD player.  Bring your own films!
	Casa Agua Azul is perfect for two families, or two-three couples. With the extra sofa bed there is ample room to sleep seven. Casa Agua Azul provides maid and gardener service mid week for stays longer than 5 days. The grounds are very private, safe and secure.
