	(owner description) This Javanese hand-carved teak home and its casita were shipped from Indonesia to Mexico and reassembled, adding a Mexican red tile roof and classic rustic Mexican redbrick. Its charms include Moroccan window grates and hand-painted mirrors and doors, easy-living terra cotta tile floors, lushly landscaped tropical gardens, terraced lawns and a shade palapa with a dipping pool for hot days. A dining booth, snack-bar and accommodating kitchen make it ideal for those who like to eat at home.
The casita has its own porch, teak floors, palm-thatched roof, a complete kitchenette and wonderful tree-house feel. You'll enjoy our breezy jungle views, Balinese, Mexican and Bhutanese tapestries and folk art and plenty of room for your clothes and personal effects. The casita has its own bathroom with a shower. It is not available as a separate rental, but rather as an adjunct for 1 or 2 more people, who are part of a larger group renting the main house. 2-4 people are ideally suited in the main house, or a small family with an infant or children over 7 years of age. This is not a "toddler friendly" property. Too many places to take a tumble for extra-little ones.
	There are patios on all 4 sides of the home(s), outdoor dining table and chairs and over 70 species of beautiful birds in the surrounding jungle. We are inside of a federally protected ecological reserve where the sea-turtles migrate to lay their eggs each year. Surfing, fishing, horseback-riding, photography and whale-watching are common pleasures here. Our lively village plaza is only 1.5 miles away, with many great restaurants, right and left surf-breaks and lots of live music, dining and dancing hot-spots.
Our cobbled parking pad has room for 2 vehicles and the nearby beach is ideal for sunset strolls and relaxed sunbathing away from the crowds in town. We look forward to your visit!

Location: Baliville is a community of wooden homes isolated in the jungle about 1.5 miles (2km) south of Sayulita.

Rates
Main House (2br, 1/ba) $175 per night, $1200 per week, suits 2-4 people.
Casita (1 br studio w/ba)$85 per nt, $600 per week when rented to a large group.
Both houses, $260 per nt or $1,800 per week, 6 people total maximum
