	Casa Charlotte, a non-smoking property, is located on the north side of Sayulita, Nayarit only two short blocks from the beach. The house is fully furnished and maid service is provided six days per week. A safe is on the premises to provide additional security for your valuables.
The pool is serviced three times per week to insure your comfort and safety and a property manager is located locally to answer any questions you may have on site. The property is enclosed by a stone fence to insure your privacy as you lounge on the patio or frolic in the pool just outside your front door.
	Each of the three spacious bedrooms is air conditioned should you require it and three full bathrooms insure that there will be no "traffic jams".

Location: On the north side just 2 blocks to the beach and 7 minutes to town center.
