* Construction Notes: House is located next to La Colina Iguana, where there is construction of new houses continuing. This explains the great price deal for an amazing new house. Some construction noise during the day, but quiet at night, (except for jungle noise). No workers after 5PM on week days and 12 noon on Saturday. Lots of geckos and iguanas around house, and frequently on the terrazas. Parrots frequently in large trees in the morning/evening.
