Two charming residences grace Casa Sonrisa's property. Each of the units feature commissioned art, beautiful high quality furnishings, full kitchens, hand forged hardware and first quality European and American fixtures thru- out. The guests in each unit have full access to the tiled pool with water feature, dining terrace, pool side dry bar with adjoining built in propane barbecue, sun terrace with lounge chairs, and out side shower. We are constantly replacing the 800+ thread count sheets and thick bath towels so they are always new and fresh. The kitchens are fully appointed with high end pots and pans, nice dishes, cutlery and stainless for all the comforts of home. There is phone service for local calls and incoming long distance, you will need to purchase a phone card in town, for out going long distance.

Casa Sonrisa (sleeps up to four), is located on the main or pool level and boastsTWO bedrooms, (one king and one queen) each bedroom has air conditioning, abundant storage and heated mattress pads to wisk away any dampness from your sheets prior to retiring for the night. There are two full baths each with large walk-in tile showers. The fully equipped kitchen with on demand instant hot and ice cold filtered water, has everything you will need to complete a wonderful meal to eat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table on the large covered terrace overlooking the pool. This unit comes with a stereo, CD player, DVD and TV for viewing movies, phone service for local or incoming long distance. (You will need to purchase a phone card in town to place out going long distance.)
